The product shipped quickly and there was no assembly necessary. My mother-in-law has had no problems with the walker and we often sit on it while visiting her at therapy. The seat is comfortable, especially with the strap back. The walker folds easily and the brakes seem to hold well. This product is will built and sturdy but it needs a few improvements. First the wheels are only 3 inch in diameter. They don't tell you that in the listing. So when you ride over a one inch separation in the concrete it could tip forward when the front wheels hit it. Second, when it folds up it doesn't lock so you have to hold both sides together when you put it in the car. Third, the handle bar grips are too far forward making it uncomfortable when you press the brakes. Fourth, the seat is uncomfortable when you have to sit in it for any length of time. It is a hard plastic.
