We are tired of heavy vacuum cleaners that seem to break down within a year or so. Poor suction, hair clogs, smell of burning engines, and physical fitness ordeals seem par for the machines. So, we decided to try a lightweight machine. Our internet searches were discouraging because many heavily advertised machines came with dud reviews. This little advertised machine had a few good reviews.Benefits: Lightweight, bagless (this means that the stuff goes into the machine's cloth bag and the entire bag must be detached to dump the stuff out), easy to set up, cheap, and powerful suction. We have only had the machine a month. So far so good. Weaknesses: A bit awkward to detach the bag to dump stuff. Then again, we do not have to purchase inner bags. No separate hose attachment for crevices or ducts. So, we will probably have to buy a lightweight machine - perhaps a cannister type or portable carry type - that has a hose attachment.
